These terms cover your use of NoPlanB at noplanb.lol. By paying to be listed, or by using the site, you agree to them.

1. What NoPlanB is

NoPlanB is a single public page. It lists founders who quit their job to build their own thing. A founder pays once to be added. There are no accounts, no logins and no email list. NoPlanB is run by its founder. You can reach us at [email protected] or on X at @bangkokbuild.

2. Getting listed

You pay through Stripe Checkout, then fill in your listing. It holds your X handle, name, links to what you are building, what you quit, the date you quit, and an optional proof link. You must have the right to post what you submit, and you must not list anyone else without their permission.

3. Price

The price moves on its own. It goes up 5 dollars each time a founder is added, and down 1 dollar for each quiet day. It never drops below 5 dollars. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Paying more than another founder buys nothing extra.

4. No refunds

All payments are final. A listing is permanent, so there is no unused period to refund. If you think a charge is wrong, tell us within 60 days.

5. Ranking

Listings are ranked by how long ago you quit your job. Whoever quit longest ago ranks first. Payment does not affect rank, and we will not sell a higher position.

6. Your listing

Your listing stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it so the page works. After payment we send you a private edit link. Anyone holding it can edit your listing, so keep it safe. To remove your listing, DM us.

7. Acceptable use

Do not post false claims, spam, harassment, malware links or illegal content. Do not scrape or overload the site. Do not try to game the price or the ranking. Do not probe the site for security weaknesses without our written permission. If you find a problem, report it.

8. Moderation

We may hide or remove a listing that is fake, abusive or illegal. In serious cases we act without notice and without a refund. We may ask for proof of your quit date. We do not have to publish anything we do not want to publish.

9. Intellectual property

We keep all rights to the NoPlanB site, design and branding. You keep all rights to your listing content. If you send us an idea about NoPlanB, we may use it freely, with no payment and no credit.

10. No warranty

NoPlanB is provided as is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of bugs. We fix problems when we can, but we do not promise a recovery time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here removes liability the law does not let us remove.

12. If NoPlanB closes

We may change or stop the site at any time. Permanent means for as long as NoPlanB runs. If we shut it down we will post a notice first. We will not refund listings.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute relating to these terms or NoPlanB will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. A meaningful change appears here with a new date. There is no email list, so we cannot notify you. Continued use means you accept it.
